WELCOME

Löjrom

The exclusive löjrom roe comes from fish vendace (Coregonus albula). We serve the delicate löjrom with crème fraîche and chopped red onion on blinis.

STARTER

1/2 Lobster

The lobster is boiled with dill and the entire half is served with herbs mayonnaise and lemon. With toasted organic bread and churned butter.

MAIN COURSE

venison steak

One of the most delicate and exquisite game, red deer, is served Juicy and perfectly pink-roasted with a tasteful truffle sauce with black winter truffles, a light and creamy Jerusalem artichoke purée, shallots and fried forest mushrooms.
With pommes Anna.

CHEESE

A Selection

A wonderful selection of excellent Danish and French cheese. 

DESSERT

An exclusive selection of small desserts with rich chocolate, fruit compote, sorbet with berries, vanilla ice cream and, of course, a traditional Danish marzipan ring cake.
